Margaret Adams
Business Manager & Legal Asst.
Margaret received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina and received her Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Wisconsin. In addition to her accounting duties, the former Senior VP of Operations at First Volunteer Bank manages all of the Firm’s financial matters. Margaret and her husband, Charley, have three children and live in Lawrenceburg, TN.
DeAnna Fox
Paralegal
DeAnna assists in the Firm’s Elder Law and Estate Planning matters. She studied general course work at UT Southern, and received her Legal Secretary Certificate from Columbia State Community College in 2013. DeAnna lives in Lawrenceburg and has been with the firm since 2013.
J. P. Plant
Long-Term Care Specialist (Licensed in TN, MS, AL & GA) | Marketing
J.P. brings a new service to our firm allowing us to offer Long-Term Care Insurance and Medicaid Compliant Annuity solutions that pair well with the Estate Planning and Elder Law services offered at H&P. He also leads the marketing efforts at the firm including maintaining the online and social media presence. J.P.'s background in Broadcast Media has him currently spending his fall Saturdays producing the Middle Tennessee Football Radio Broadcasts, plus experience producing pregame shows for both the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats (Now Hornets) and the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes and more than a decade in local radio across the Mid-State. J.P. is a co-owner and co-founder of an online radio station called Southern Roots Radio. J.P. lives in Lawrenceburg with his wife Jody and four pets.
Pam Campbell
Paralegal
Pam serves as Principal Paralegal in the Firm's Probate Practice. She received her Certificate as a Legal Administrative Assistant from Tennessee Technology Center in Pulaski, Tennessee and her Paralegal Certificate from Columbia State Community College. Pam and her husband, Mike, live in Pulaski, TN and have two children and two granddaughters.
Myra Staggs
Paralegal
Myra assists the Firm’s general practice area as well as handling our Social Security business. She is also licensed to practice law in Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. She is licensed to practice law in Alabama. Myra is a native of Wayne County, Tennessee and is Mom to three-year old Seger.
Susan Williams
Office Assistant
Susan Williams is a senior at Lawrence County High School and will be graduating in the Spring of 2024. She plans to attend the University of North Alabama in the fall, studying psychology. She lives in Lawrenceburg with her mother, and works at Harwell and Plant after school assisting with anything needing done around the office. Susan enjoys reading and organizing things. She’s involved in six clubs at her school, including Key Club, Interact, 100 Club, National Honor Society, SGA, and National Beta Club.
